Tasks: Timer based logs
Reagan Lamprecht
Is there a possible update in the future that will include a start task button that can track the time it took someone to complete the task? Even if it's over a few days. It will make it easier for a project manager to see if the employees are doing the tasks and how long it takes them to complete certain things. The reason is so that tasks that need deadlines can be allocated within the required time frame of that specific task. For example: Updating a crm entry should have a 20 minute time limit, if it takes longer than the project manager can investigate why the employee took so long.

Hello @Raegan Lamprecht, thanks for the feedback.
I'm working on this feature and aiming for the best app optimization. To prevent scenarios where a user forgets to hit "Stop," I suggest using manual inputs for "Started At" and "Ended At."
Because tasks can span days rather than just hours, we will need to implement a "Working Session" system (multiple start/stop entries per task).
Currently, we are starting with a "Budgeted Time" feature. Owners can set an allocated time, and assignees can log their hours against it. This will allow you to review the final data and analyze internally why certain tasks exceeded their budget.
