Smarter Onboarding

- A one time banner appears after onboarding is completed
- Only shown if the user has no team activity yet
- Dismiss once and it stays dismissed across all devices
- The dismissed state is stored in the database instead of locally
- This ensures consistency across devices and sessions
- Previously, onboarding ended without clearly introducing team features
- Now, users are guided toward collaboration in a contextual and non intrusive way
