Team Board Flowchart
Team Boards now include a dedicated
Flowchart view
for mapping processes, planning workflows, and organizing ideas visually. Instead of keeping process notes scattered across tasks or comments, teams can now build a shared diagram directly inside the board.
Visual Planning Tools
  • Teams can create flowcharts using common building blocks such as
    Start / End
    ,
    Process
    ,
    Decision
    , and
    Note
    .
  • Items can be connected visually to show how a workflow moves from one step to the next.
  • The new flowchart space is designed for planning, documenting team processes, and outlining decision paths in a much clearer way than plain text.
Editing & Organization
  • Flowchart nodes can be renamed directly inside the canvas, making it easy to turn rough diagrams into something more polished.
  • Nodes can be duplicated, copied, pasted, recolored, and given icons so diagrams are easier to scan and understand.
  • Teams can remove selected items quickly and make changes without rebuilding the whole diagram from scratch.

Easier Navigation
  • Team Boards now include a dedicated
    Flowchart
entry in board navigation, so the feature feels like a proper part of the workspace rather than a hidden extra page.
  • The flowchart view includes its own focused workspace, making it easier to stay in planning mode without other board content getting in the way.
Smoother Workflow
  • Changes are saved as you work, so teams can build diagrams without worrying about losing progress.
  • Manual save, undo, redo, zoom controls, and fit-to-view tools make the canvas easier to work with during longer editing sessions.
  • A mini overview helps when diagrams grow larger and need more space.
Desktop-First Experience
  • Flowchart is currently designed for
    desktop use
, where there is enough space to comfortably build and manage diagrams.
  • On smaller screens, users are guided back to the main board instead of getting a cramped editing experience.
Team Planning Experience
This feature gives Team Boards a stronger planning layer beyond tasks and Kanban.
It works well for process mapping, handoff planning, system overviews, decision trees, and internal team documentation.
Flowcharts make it easier for everyone on the board to understand how work is supposed to move, not just what work exists.
