v2.0 | 19.03.2026
This update focuses on making the app feel cleaner and easier to move through, while adding new ways to keep board activity visible and connected across external tools like Discord and GitHub.
Desktop Navigation
- Added a dedicated desktop sidebar for signed-in users, giving faster access to Home, Team, Calendar, Timer, board views, and settings.
- Personal boards and team boards now feel more structured on desktop, with navigation kept in one consistent place instead of being spread across page headers.
- Board-related actions that used to compete for space in the top bar are now easier to find, leaving more room for the actual board content.
- The layout across major pages has been adjusted to work better with the new sidebar, so screens feel less cramped and more intentional.
Board Experience Improvements
- Personal board pages now have a cleaner navigation flow, especially on larger screens where the content area has been simplified.
- Filters and view controls are easier to scan, with clearer active states and a more consistent look across board-related pages.
- Shared board views were also refreshed so they match the updated board styling more closely.
- Team board pages now feel less cluttered, with navigation and utility actions separated more clearly from the board content itself.
Discord Notifications
- Added support for connecting a board to a dedicated Discord webhook.
- Boards can now send updates directly into a Discord channel, helping teams or individuals keep track of work without constantly checking the app.
- The Discord setup includes a simple connection flow, a test message option, and the ability to disconnect at any time.
- Notification controls are more flexible, so users can decide exactly which board activity should be shared.
Discord Activity Options
- Added Discord notifications for task status updates, so progress changes can be posted automatically.
- Added Discord notifications for todo completion and reopening, making small checklist activity visible in real time.
- Added Discord notifications for Kanban moves, so card movement between columns can be tracked more easily.
- Notification settings now include per-event toggles, allowing boards to keep only the updates that are actually useful.

GitHub Integration
- Added support for connecting a board to a GitHub repository.
- Boards can now track repository activity directly inside the app, including commits, issues, and pull requests.
- This allows development work to stay in sync with planning, without needing to switch between tools.
- Repository activity is surfaced in a way that fits naturally within the board, keeping technical progress visible alongside tasks and todos.
- Designed for developer workflows, making it easier to connect code changes with ongoing work items.

Faster Capture
- Improved the quick add flow for todos so the input stays ready after adding an item.
- This makes it easier to enter multiple todos in a row without reopening the capture bar each time.
- The capture area also fits better alongside the new desktop layout, so it feels more integrated with the rest of the app.
Interface Polish
- Refined the look of board cards, task cards, todo cards, note cards, and link cards to make the workspace feel lighter and cleaner.
- Reduced some of the heavier hover and glow effects, giving the interface a calmer and more focused appearance.
- Item detail views were polished with cleaner section labels and softer header and footer styling.
- The timer experience was smoothed out with faster, less distracting transitions in focus mode.
- Settings and other utility pages were visually aligned with the new layout so the app feels more consistent from page to page.
Small Usability Improvements
- Added clearer labels for navigation and board sidebar sections, improving readability in both everyday navigation and board management areas.
- Integrations are now surfaced more clearly inside board-related areas instead of feeling hidden away.
- Some desktop-only actions were moved out of crowded headers, reducing visual noise and making important controls easier to understand at a glance.
